Route: Port Blair - Havelock - Port Blair
Places covered: Port Blair, Havelock, Radhanagar Beach, Elephant Beach
An Andaman incentive trip is a strong reward, but it needs careful logistics. This plan is a framework we adapt to your goals, group size and budget. It uses Havelock as the main base, with Port Blair as the entry and exit point, and keeps the number of ferry crossings to two.
Who it suits
Teams of ten to forty people on a reward trip, leadership retreat or team-building offsite. Larger groups may need to split across resorts or ferries. It works from November to April.
How the days flow
Day one is arrival in Port Blair, with a transfer to a hotel and a welcome dinner. On day two, the group travels by ferry to Havelock, settles into the resort and enjoys a relaxed evening. Day three is the programme day: a morning work session at the resort, lunch, an afternoon team activity such as beach games or snorkelling, and a sunset at Radhanagar Beach. Day four returns to Port Blair for a farewell dinner. Day five is departure.
What we coordinate
- Flights and ferries, with group seat blocks and carefully timed transfers.
- The venue. A resort with rooms, dining and, if possible, a meeting space.
- Activities. Beach games, snorkelling, a glass-bottom boat or a sunset boat trip.
- Dietary needs. Vegetarian, Jain and other requests arranged.
- Safety. Briefings on reefs, water activities and local rules.
- One point of contact for the organiser.
Practical considerations
Flight and ferry capacity is limited, so book early. Resort meeting spaces on Havelock are small; many groups hold sessions in a restaurant area or a quiet outdoor space. Weather can disrupt plans, so we include a flexible day and a contingency plan. Confirm ID details for all participants.
What makes an Andaman incentive different
Because the destination is remote, the trip itself becomes part of the reward. Participants often remember the sunset, the first snorkel and the shared meals more than the work session. Small, thoughtful touches, such as a welcome note, a beach dinner or a guided reef talk, make a big difference. At the same time, the logistics are demanding, so planning early and keeping a buffer are essential.
