Route: Goa airport - resort (North or South Goa) - airport

Places covered: North or South Goa resort, Old Goa, Panaji, Mandovi river

An offsite works when the venue supports the work and the leisure. Goa's resort belt is well suited: large properties with meeting spaces, quiet corners and activities close by. This plan is a framework we adapt to your goals, group size and budget.

Who it suits

Teams of fifteen to a hundred people on a leadership retreat, team-building offsite, reward trip or product launch. It also works for smaller groups with a single meeting room and a few activities.

How the days flow

Day 1 is arrival and a welcome dinner. Day 2 starts with a work session at the resort, followed by lunch, a team activity in the afternoon and a river cruise in the evening. Day 3 is a half-day for either heritage sightseeing in Old Goa and Panaji or free time, followed by a farewell dinner. Day 4 is departure.

What we coordinate

  • Venue. Resort rooms, meeting space, projector and dining.
  • Transport. Group vehicles for arrival, departure and outings.
  • Activities. Team-building, cruises or heritage walks, picked to suit your goals.
  • Dietary needs. Vegetarian, Jain and other requests managed ahead of time.
  • Single point of contact. One coordinator for the organiser.

Choosing the right resort

Look for resorts with a large enough meeting room, reliable Wi-Fi, group dining and enough rooms in the same block. Beachfront resorts offer atmosphere but can be noisier. Check whether the resort has a conference team that can set up AV equipment, and ask about outdoor spaces for team activities. For large groups, check airport distances, since transfers can add significant time.

Planning tips

Book early for November to February. Share the agenda with the resort in advance, including technical needs. Decide on alcohol policy and curfews before arrival. Leave time for rest, since offsites are tiring.

Who should choose a different plan

If your goal is deep, uninterrupted work, a city hotel with conference facilities may be better than a beach resort. If your group is very large, consider splitting between two resorts or choosing a property with a ballroom. If you want a longer programme with more sightseeing, we can extend this plan to four or five nights.

Costs

Pricing depends on group size, hotel category, season and meeting facilities. We provide a written quote with inclusions and exclusions for approval.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which airport should I fly into for Goa?

Goa has two. Manohar International Airport at Mopa (GOX) is in the far north and is convenient for North Goa. Dabolim (GOI) is closer to South Goa and Panaji. Several airlines now operate from Mopa, so always check the airport code on your ticket, and note that the two are around two hours apart by road.

How many days do I need for Goa?

Four or five days is the sweet spot for most first-time visitors, enough for a beach base, a day of heritage in Old Goa and Panaji, and a day trip such as Dudhsagar. A long weekend of three days works if you stick to one coast. Seven days lets you spend time in both North and South Goa.

Should I book early for Christmas and New Year in Goa?

Yes, as early as you can. The period from about 20 December to 5 January is the busiest of the year, with the highest hotel rates, long queues at popular restaurants and heavy traffic on the coastal roads. Booking two to three months ahead gives a much better choice of stays.
