Andaman Corporate Tour Packages

Incentive trips and team offsites in the Andamans, with resort stays, group transfers and a programme that mixes work and the sea.

Need a different route or pace?

Tell us your travel dates, group size, starting point, preferred stay category and budget range. We will use those details to prepare a more relevant Andaman & Nicobar plan.

The Andamans are an aspirational destination for incentive trips and team retreats, and the setting is a strong reward. But island logistics make corporate trips more complex than in most places. Ferries, flights, limited resort capacity and weather all need to be planned for.

What a corporate plan covers

  • A resort venue with rooms, dining and, where possible, a meeting space.
  • Flights and ferries. Group booking, seat blocks and carefully timed transfers.
  • A programme. A mix of sessions, team activities, snorkelling or diving and free time.
  • Coordination. One point of contact for the organiser.
  • Clear costs. Inclusions, exclusions and optional extras listed in the quote.

Practical constraints

Flights to Port Blair are limited, so group seats must be booked well ahead. Resorts on Havelock have a limited number of rooms, so large groups may need to split across properties. Ferry capacity limits group size on a given sailing. Weather can disrupt plans, so we include a buffer day and a contingency plan.

Choosing the format

Smaller groups of 10 to 30 can use a single resort on Havelock. Larger groups may need Port Blair as a base, with day trips and a split between two or more properties. Incentive trips often emphasise experiences, such as a beach dinner, a snorkelling day or a boat charter.

Planning notes

Book dates six months ahead for peak season. Check visa and ID requirements for all participants. Brief participants on safety, reef etiquette and dress. Agree policies on alcohol and water activities. Keep time free for rest.

Where to begin

See the Andaman corporate incentive plan for a sample structure. Share your group's size and goals and we will draft a programme.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many days do I need for the Andamans?

Six or seven days covers Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island at a comfortable pace. Five days works if you skip Neil. Because ferries are weather-dependent and the islands are a flight away, anything under five days feels rushed. Add days if you want to dive, visit Baratang or explore the north.

How do ferries between the islands work?

Private high-speed ferries and government ferries link Port Blair, Havelock and Neil, with crossings of roughly one to two and a half hours. Tickets are booked in advance, schedules change with the season and weather, and sailings are cancelled in rough seas. We suggest a buffer of at least half a day before any flight home.

Are cyclones a risk?

Cyclones can form in the Bay of Bengal, mostly around April to May and October to December. Alerts are issued in advance and ferries and flights can be suspended. Keep flexible dates, buy travel insurance if you can and follow instructions from local authorities.
